Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Analytics:
- Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of recruitment-related data.
- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track and visualize recruitment performance.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes in collaboration with local HR teams.
Digitalization/Automation Projects:
- Assist in documenting current workflows and developing workflow management and automation solutions.
- Participate in the testing and evaluation of digital tools and software applications.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain and update HR data systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing insights and analysis to HR management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field; Engineering students with an interest in the HR domain are also encouraged to apply.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is an added advantage.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Available to intern from July 2026 onwards for a minimum duration of 6 months and up to 1 year.
