Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements and user stories to develop solutions, including coding and debugging activities.
  • Migrate or convert test classes identified for the respective BIU/Archive as part of the epHI test data cleanup process.
  • Deliver assigned tasks, user stories, or defect fixes on time according to the sprint or agreed plan, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and appropriately escalate risks to the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Architect.
  • Demonstrate Philips Behaviors such as prioritizing customers, striving for improvement, maintaining patient safety, upholding quality and integrity, taking ownership, and fostering teamwork.
  • Complete mandatory trainings through platforms like Philips University, Corner Stone, or TEDS within the stipulated timelines.

  • We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
  • Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
