Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and user stories to develop solutions, including coding and debugging activities.
- Migrate or convert test classes identified for the respective BIU/Archive as part of the epHI test data cleanup process.
- Deliver assigned tasks, user stories, or defect fixes on time according to the sprint or agreed plan, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and appropriately escalate risks to the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Architect.
- Demonstrate Philips Behaviors such as prioritizing customers, striving for improvement, maintaining patient safety, upholding quality and integrity, taking ownership, and fostering teamwork.
- Complete mandatory trainings through platforms like Philips University, Corner Stone, or TEDS within the stipulated timelines.
