Key Responsibilities:
- Support the integration of new business initiatives into the finance ecosystem.
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements for engineers to develop finance applications.
- Document end-to-end delivery processes of new applications and features into playbooks to enhance repeatability and scalability.
- Build strong relationships with product teams to foster collaboration.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify root causes, escalating issues and risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members across diverse locations and time zones.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of all stages of the change program lifecycle, including initiation, design, and post-implementation.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in project change and business analysis, encompassing both tactical and strategic solutions.
- Hold or be pursuing ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
- Exhibit strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in intermediate SQL, with the ability to write queries for data interrogation, analysis, and report design.
- Have a detailed understanding of banking IT systems, particularly trade and transaction processing workflows, from booking to general ledger (GL) entries.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision or guidance.
