Key Responsibilities:
- Support administrative tasks and manage system-related activities, including data entry.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and the team lead.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
- Conduct quality checks on tasks before submission to the client.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned processes and tasks.
- Utilize working hours effectively with proper prioritization to manage time efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate, MBA, or Post-Graduate.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Learning or Backend Operations environment.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of email etiquette.
- Basic proficiency in Excel, including the ability to read data and use features such as sorting, removing duplicates, and filtering.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Preferred skills:
- Basic knowledge of creating presentations in MS PowerPoint.
- Experience with virtual platforms like Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, and MS Teams is a plus.
- Experience in handling cases or tickets.
- Ability to interact effectively with internal clients and understand their requirements.
