Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test functional software in close collaboration with the Product Owner and team members.
- Address moderately complex issues by applying standard programming concepts, principles, and personal judgment.
- Build domain knowledge and develop technical and proprietary skills to achieve a high level of expertise.
- Apply a logical approach to problem-solving and effectively respond to detailed queries.
- Contribute as a fully active team member, with responsibilities for independent planning and execution of tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology, with a major in Computer Science or Information Science, from a reputable institution, with a strong academic record.
- 0-3 years of experience in software development.
- Strong programming and object-oriented design skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to collaborate with the team on design and development aspects of the product.
- Goal-oriented team player with effective communication skills; fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently with a willingness to learn and explore new topics.
- Proficient in programming with any object-oriented language, such as Java or ABAP.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with web application development and MVC architecture is a plus.
