Key Responsibilities:
- Apply your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistics to develop advanced ML-based solutions that enhance ad recommendation quality and employ optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze Swiggy’s extensive historical data to extract valuable insights and contribute to ideating and identifying solutions for business and customer experience challenges.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and analysts to define detailed requirements, design technical solutions, and implement end-to-end inference systems at Swiggy’s scale.
- Stay updated with the latest research in Ads Bidding algorithms and recommendation systems, and adapt these innovations to address Swiggy’s specific challenges.
- Present and discuss your work in both internal and external forums, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, with 0-2 years of experience in industry or research labs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to deconstruct problems and develop solutions from first principles.
- Depth and hands-on experience in applying machine learning, deep learning, and statistical techniques to business problems.
- Experience working with big data and deploying ML/DL models in production environments is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and TensorFlow.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in the e-commerce and logistics sectors is a significant advantage.
