Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction is achieved.
- Build and maintain trust-based, sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
- Meet individual and team productivity goals, as well as call and email handling targets.
- Address customer complaints, provide timely solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage documentation efficiently.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and deliver a WOW experience.
- Resolve customer complaints through various channels, including phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Conduct outbound communications to reach customers and verify account information.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate degree.
- Proven experience in customer support with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Strong proficiency in handling phone, email, and chat communications with active listening skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to various personalities and situations.
- Excellent communication skills in regional language, English, and Hindi (proficient in reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent communication in your Tamil, Hindi & English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
