Key Responsibilities:
- Review, classify, and/or remove content according to client guidelines, utilizing specific tools and channels.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on changing client policies and guidelines.
- Keep abreast of any updates in policies or processes.
- Investigate and resolve complex content issues and communicate them to the broader Trust and Safety team.
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and suggest solutions to enhance quality and overall process efficiency.
- Participate in continuous training programs and discussions for optimal role development.
- Engage in conversations on socially sensitive topics to help maintain community safety.
- Take part in well-being activities to ensure personal and team health.
- Meet the efficiency targets set by the business.
