Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operations and maintenance of on-premise or client-dedicated computing platforms and servers.
- Provide maintenance and support for all systems in scope, including installation, configuration, and testing of operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, liaising with other IT teams and third-party vendors.
- Develop and execute plans for patching, maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Develop capabilities in emerging technologies, define processes, and conduct compliance and quality checks.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
