Key Responsibilities:
- Compile daily dashboards for New Business, Underwriting (UW), and L&C data to monitor work aging and provide trending data for application submissions and handling times.
- Generate UW aging reports, detailing the inventory of aging work by the UW team along with throughput/productivity data.
- Prepare NIGO reports with detailed policy/requirement information, including new (“day 1”) policies for follow-up.
- Create SQL queries to extract data from cloud services.
- Handle various ad-hoc and regular requests on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Monitor the server with around 40+ scheduled reports.
- Develop and support reporting processes using advanced Excel, macro tools, and data visualization.
- Analyze, identify, and fix bugs in VBA (MS Access).
- Good to have knowledge of R programming.
- Apply data analytics knowledge to meet business needs.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and insurance knowledge as an added advantage.
- Perform data cleansing and problem-solving.
- Have knowledge of database management systems.
- Exhibit good communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Ability to understand client requirements and create SQL queries to extract data from cloud services.
- Ability to create data dashboards using Power BI.
