Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer requests and inquiries received through email, chat, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve contact center performance targets and consistently meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual metrics.
- Adhere to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and comply with all data security and confidentiality policies.
- Complete all mandatory training, upskilling programs, and e-learning courses as required for the assigned program.
- Participate in coaching sessions and effectively implement the feedback provided to improve performance.
- Maintain 100% schedule adherence, minimize absenteeism, and actively contribute to reducing program shrinkage.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate/ Postgraduate degree in any full-time discipline, including Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharmacy, MBA, or MCA, with a graduation year of 2025.
Required Skills:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and proficient typing skills.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required.
- Reside within a 25 km radius of the office location to ensure operational readiness.
