Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of Personal Independence concepts, including financial interests, family relationships, and business relationships, in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Execute Independence procedures by following established policies, guidelines, and standard operating processes.
  • Conduct research and update internal tools and databases to accurately maintain records of financial interests, family relationships, securities, loans, insurance policies, and other related information.
  • Analyze financial interests, brokerage accounts, loans, insurance policies, and family relationships to assess the permissibility of investments and ensure compliance with Independence requirements.
  • Support efforts to identify and mitigate independence-related risks by maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communicate effectively with EY professionals and senior team members to resolve queries, gather required information, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Build a strong understanding of financial products and markets, including equities, structured products, mutual funds, and other investment instruments.
  • Execute assigned work requests and projects from initiation to completion while adhering to established procedures, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Participate in a variety of projects and collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contribute actively to team discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, organizational initiatives, and service improvement activities.
  • Develop proficiency in using internal Independence tools to manage and maintain financial interests, securities, broker accounts, deposit accounts, business relationships, loans, insurance policies, and family relationship records.
  • Monitor individual performance metrics and consistently work toward achieving and exceeding defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance while processing and maintaining Independence-related information.
  • Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach while delivering high-quality work.
  • Exhibit a strong willingness to learn, adapt quickly to new processes, and continuously enhance technical and professional knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold a Master’s or postgraduate degree, preferably in Finance, from a recognized institution.
  • Have a minimum of one year of professional experience in research and analysis within a professional services environment.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of financial products, including equities, mutual funds, pension plans, insurance policies, and other investment instruments.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint, to support daily business operations and reporting.
