Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job ads.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Support HR managers in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help maintain a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
