Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to developing innovative solutions.
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications or systems.
- Help analyze and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain high performance and availability of our products.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in software engineering.
- Contribute to documenting technical processes and software functionalities.
- Engage in continuous learning and training to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
- Provide support in optimizing workflows and processes within the engineering department.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project status and milestones.
- Integrate into a scrum team within a 6-month period.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited engineering program (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field).
- Demonstrates understanding of software development and engineering principles.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and take on challenging tasks.
Preferred skills:
- Cumulative Performance Index (CPI) of 7 or more on a 10-point scale.
- Previous internship or project experience in a technical field.
- Experience with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., GitHub, Python, Junit, Mockito, Agile/Scrum).Knowledge of databases, APIs, and web services.
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies.
