Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound queries and offer technical support and ad-hoc training to customers using the company’s product.
- Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about its functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
- Assist in the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager.
- Uphold excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate courses (BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/PGDM).
- Minimum 50% cutoff in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
- No backlogs or gap years during education.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrates eagerness to learn about the company’s products and their capabilities.
- Capable of managing a high volume of inbound customer queries.
- Possesses technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Exhibits the ability to empathize with customers and maintain a high level of customer centricity.
- Knowledge of other regional languages is beneficial if the company operates within the country.
