Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention: Collaborate with Product/Tech teams to provide consulting services to specific customers, maximizing their ROI within the short subscription period. Aim to increase renewal rates and reduce churn. Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with Amber champions and decision-makers.
- High CSAT: Ensure high customer satisfaction scores, manage customer health status, adhere to ticket SLAs, and create a company-wide customer feedback loop.
- Promote Product Adoption: Encourage product adoption among key customer stakeholders.
- Implement Success Plans: Work closely with customers to develop and execute success plans that align with their business objectives, maximizing the value they derive from our product.
- Manage Enhancement Requests: Collaborate with product/tech teams to assess the feasibility of technical enhancement requests.
- Expectation Setting: Effectively manage customer expectations to ensure their experience with us is exceptional.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with strategic growth customers by closely aligning with sales, engineering, product, and other teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Possess expertise in either HR/engagement consulting or SaaS products, which are essential for this role.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in presentation skills, facilitating customer calls, and building relationships.
- Assertive, with the ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.
