Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, build, and measure performance on operational metrics (e.g., productivity, service level agreement, quality, cost, efficiency, timeliness) and generate insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Understand the user impact of policies, become an expert in key metrics, and conduct detailed analyses to derive actionable insights that enhance the user experience on the platform.
- Perform ongoing and ad-hoc analyses to support site-wide Trust and Safety objectives, operational effectiveness, and incident response.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Legal, Public Relations, and Product Management teams to craft convincing narratives for key policymakers, executives, and governments using a data-driven approach.
- Partner with data science and strategy teams to prioritize and execute sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling, delivering actionable insights
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Operations Research, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, a similar quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- One year of experience in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
- One year of experience in statistical problem-solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or a comparable coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++).
Preferred skills:
- Experience in project management and process optimization with data analytics.
- Experience writing and maintaining ETLs that operate on a variety of structured and unstructured sources.
- Experience with abuse prevention, policy, and regulatory systems.
- Experience in delivering production-level metrics, insights, and actions.
- Familiarity with responding to high-priority regulatory requests in a timely and appropriate manner.
