Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Internal Recruiting Team of the client to actively source and assess candidates in accordance with specific client requisitions.
- Utilize creative strategies such as Email blasts, LinkedIn Mail, Connection invites, and Job Postings to generate candidate interest, ensuring continuous reinforcement of talent pipelines to meet current needs and future business growth.
- Pre-screen candidates by assessing their qualifications, gauging interest levels, and evaluating timing through phone calls and emails.
- Manage interview scheduling between clients and candidates on behalf of team members.
- Source and maintain up-to-date contact information for candidates in the active pipeline.
- Identify and implement innovative methods to source and engage with a diverse range of candidates.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in various platforms including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Dynamics, LinkedIn Projects, and other internal/external databases.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills with a US accent and strong interpersonal abilities, enabling effective engagement with candidates and stakeholders.
- Exhibits proven experience in Recruitment, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the US job market.
- Shows strong analytical skills and the capability to conduct thorough evaluations of candidates.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Breezy HR, and familiar with Job Boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms.
- Knowledgeable about local employment laws and regulations.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Functions well as a team player, displaying a strong work ethic and discretion in handling confidential information.
