Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing daily transaction processing activities within a designated process or team.
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and designated volume targets on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to internal policies in accordance with Internal Controls.
- Gain an understanding of the overall ERP system and Shared services system interfaces and processes, proposing enhancements to existing systems and processes.
- Ensure the successful delivery of services and verify the quality of service delivery.
- Address operational concerns, if any, with the team lead.
- Maintain positive relationships, facilitate education, and resolve issues effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Extensive experience in generating invoices.
