Key Responsibilities:
- Create precise SystemC/TLM software models for CPUs (including ARM and RISC-V architectures) and various hardware devices suitable for constructing Virtual Platforms.
- Validate model functionality against behavior models and/or RTL using SystemC and/or UVM/SystemVerilog, and execute unit testing and debugging according to the test plan.
- Develop Virtual Platforms for hardware designs at the system level, incorporating the ability to load/boot Linux/Mentor Embedded Linux (MEL)/Android. Simulate and troubleshoot customer software on the Virtual Platform.
- Produce comprehensive Functional Specifications and Design Documents adhering to professional standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience, with at least a Very Good with honors degree.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in C/C++ Programming and Embedded Linux Development.
- Familiarity with digital circuits and digital design/systems is essential, while expertise in programming using SystemC is considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in utilizing Linux/Unix operating systems and familiarity with scripting languages such as Make, Tcl, and Perl.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are required for effective communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under tight deadlines, and meet schedules.
