Key Responsibilities for Customer Success Executive:

  • Offer technical support and on-demand training to customers utilizing the company’s product, addressing inquiries received through various channels.
  • Educate customers on the functional capabilities of the product and potential upgrades, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
  • Assist in the enhancement of the product by collecting customer feedback, identifying recurring issues, and collaborating with the product manager to address and implement improvements.
  • Uphold high service standards, surpassing expectations to guarantee customer satisfaction and foster retention.

Key Responsibilities for Associate:

  • Ensure that business payments adhere to established policies and procedures through thorough review.
  • Monitor payments made to vendors, assessing payment statuses to identify potential processing issues.
  • Scrutinize account activity to detect any signs of fraudulent transactions or irregularities.
  • Generate reports detailing accounts payable activities, including instances of delinquencies and exceptions.
  • Reconcile accounts payable ledgers with statements from the company’s financial institution or bank journals.
  • Process various forms of payment, including checks, money orders, credit card payments, wire transfers, etc.
  • Collaborate with banks, auditors, and relevant stakeholders involved in the payment process.
  • Investigate and resolve errors or discrepancies related to invoices or received payments for goods and services provided by businesses.
  • Coordinate with the product and tech teams to grasp operational requirements and provide support from an operations standpoint.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proficiency in undergraduate courses such as BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/PGDM.
  • Attainment of a minimum of 50% in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
  • Demonstration of a consistent academic record with no backlogs and gap years during the educational period.

Preferred skills:

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm to acquire knowledge about the company’s products and their functionalities.
  • Proficient in managing a substantial volume of inbound customer queries efficiently.
  • Possess technical aptitude with the capability to comprehend and articulate complex concepts in easily understandable terms.
  • Exhibit a strong ability to empathize with customers, emphasizing a high degree of customer-centricity.
  • Familiarity with additional regional languages is advantageous, especially if the company operates within the country.
