Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver local and global application services to the business in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in the delivery and execution of operational projects aimed at supporting the business.
- Participate in proactive continuous improvement efforts to uphold performance, scalability, capacity, security, supportability, and maintainability for all supported applications and systems.
- Create and maintain service support documentation, including processes, procedures, service catalog information, and operational documentation, for all supported applications.
- Adhere to global service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) to maintain compliance with global process standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A graduate in Finance or a related technical field, or a postgraduate in Finance.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in using the MS Office suite.
- Demonstrated readiness to acquire proficiency in a new platform.
- Previous internships with multinational corporations (MNCs) or small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are advantageous.
- Exhibits motivation, proactivity, and organizational skills.
- Displays enthusiasm, confidence, and a collaborative mindset.
- Possesses strong communication abilities, both orally and in writing.
- Adaptable and maintains a positive attitude towards work.
