Key Responsibilities:
- Take proactive measures to enhance human resources operations by suggesting improvements and offering innovative ideas.
- Handle a variety of moderately complex human resources tasks related to company policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, training, time off, and other inquiries within a service center or human resource department setting.
- Utilize internal human resources information systems (HRIS) such as ServiceNow and Workday to address broader issues or inquiries effectively.
- Provide assistance to employees regarding human resources issues, offering moderately complex policy interpretations as needed.
- Review employee files and provide relevant information to authorized individuals or departments.
- Gather data and compile operational and personnel reports; assist in coordinating projects upon request.
- Receive guidance from supervisors and escalate non-routine inquiries as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate Degree
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Payroll and Payroll compliance operations, evidenced by a combination of work experience, training, or education.
