- Possessing advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
- Employing news monitoring and social monitoring tools such as Talkwalker, Cision, Meltwater, and Brandwatch to manage the daily monitoring process.
- Utilizing enterprise productivity tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Google platforms, and other project management software.
- Designing automations to streamline processes using automation tools like Alteryx and Power Automate, with a willingness to acquire proficiency in additional analysis tools.
- Understanding the evolving communications and media landscape, B2B communications, and analytical techniques.
- Delivering work with the utmost standards of quality and precision to uphold data integrity.
- Organizing and conducting training sessions for team members on communications software.
- Enhancing understanding of communications principles and practices, technologies, and analytic methodologies through research and sharing insights with the team.
- Applying business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
