Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts for global clients as part of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Perform month-end closing activities, including revenue recognition based on active financial contracts.
  • Support internal audit activities by addressing audit requirements and ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
  • Prepare and process monthly customer billing in accordance with contractual terms and organizational policies.
  • Generate and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business and financial performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effective partner management and seamless business operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or a Master’s degree in Finance.

Certifications:

  • Relevant professional certifications such as Accounts Payable Certification, Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), or Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) are preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Demonstrate experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including receivables management and collections.
  • Have knowledge of Accounts Receivable Collection and Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) processes.
  • Possess an understanding of banking and capital markets concepts.
  • Demonstrate experience in cash application and payment reconciliation processes.
  • Have knowledge of collections management and customer payment follow-up procedures.
  • Possess experience in deductions management, including identifying, tracking, and resolving payment deductions.
