Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and service activities for all assigned Multi-Modality Imaging Equipment models within the designated service area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues involving multiple symptoms to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and within established timelines.
- Ensure the timely completion and documentation of Field Modification Instructions (FMIs) and Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) for assigned customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the professional discipline, including specialized technical knowledge and support responsibilities.
- Understand how individual and team contributions align with and support overall business objectives.
- Resolve technical and operational issues by following established procedures, escalating complex matters to supervisors or senior team members when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, build strong customer relationships, and serve as the primary interface between customers and the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a full-time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from an AICTE-approved or government-accredited university.
- Be a 2025 or 2026 graduate, or be expected to graduate in 2025 or 2026, with a preferred minimum aggregate of 70% or 7.0 CGPA.
- Have successfully completed all academic requirements with no active backlogs at the time of application.
- Possess strong subject matter knowledge in Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
- Demonstrate the willingness to travel as required, attend customer service needs, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
