Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytics to bolster various workstreams within Financial Crime Risk (FCR) amid a dynamic regulatory landscape, utilizing SQL/Python.
- Handle extensive amounts of structured and unstructured data to extract valuable insights.
- Oversee the health of Know Your Customer/Know Your Business (KYC/KYB) for Cardmembers and Legal Entity portfolios through the development of dashboards (Tableau/Sisense).
- Formulate and implement robust, data-driven strategies to optimize Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk management and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with multiple departments (Compliance, Technology, PMO) to establish AML risk strategies and gain insights into the regulatory environment across different markets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preference for candidates with a degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.

- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with credit risk strategy and/or the payments industry is considered advantageous.
