Key Responsibilities:
Process Discovery & Opportunity Mapping:
- Assist in identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and friction points across support, implementation, and customer success workflows.
- Contribute to maintaining and prioritizing a backlog of AI and automation opportunities.
Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation:
- Support the development of small-scale prototypes, such as chatbots, workflow automations, and dashboards, using low-code tools, Python, or notebooks.
- Collaborate with team members to test ideas, evaluate outcomes, and validate potential use cases.
Pilot Support & Iteration:
- Assist in deploying and monitoring pilot solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Collect user feedback, track basic usage metrics, and support continuous improvement and iteration of pilot solutions.
Learning & Knowledge Sharing:
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools, technologies, and industry trends.
- Assist in preparing demonstrations, technical documentation, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:
- Create and maintain clear documentation, prompt libraries, reports, and other resources to support the scaling of successful AI pilots.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with global Delivery, Support, and Customer Success teams to understand business needs and support the implementation of AI-driven initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to BE graduates from the 2026 graduating batch, with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning concepts, or automation tools.
- Familiarity with Python, APIs, JSON, and data handling through academic coursework or project experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or similar technologies.
- Academic coursework or project experience in Artificial Intelligence, data analytics, or automation.
- Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and customer-facing operations, including customer support and customer success.
- Experience working on personal or academic projects involving AI, chatbots, or automation, including GitHub projects or hackathon participation.
- Active participation in AI communities, competitions, meetups, or related technical events.
