Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with audit professionals, data scientists, and product managers to gather, document, and refine business and solution requirements.
- Translate complex business use cases into well-defined feature requirements, user stories, and measurable success criteria for technical teams.
- Support the discovery and feasibility assessment of technology-enabled, particularly AI-driven, opportunities within audit processes.
- Identify relevant data sources, define success metrics, and assess the potential value and feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure solution designs align with audit objectives, operational requirements, and applicable compliance standards.
- Facilitate user testing, training, and feedback processes to support model evaluation, solution adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor solution adoption, performance, and business value through dashboards, analytics, and regular stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to responsible AI governance by promoting business understanding of explainability, risk, fairness, and other relevant AI governance principles.
- Supervise and support teams while providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development in technical, risk and compliance, operational, and quality management areas.
- Manage projects by supporting budgeting, resource planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery activities.
- Ensure the timely delivery of accurate, high-quality reports and project documentation.
- Support performance management activities and help establish and monitor team and project performance objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Business Analysis certifications, such as those offered by IIBA, are strongly preferred.
- A professional accountancy qualification from a recognized accounting body is desirable but not essential.
Required Skills:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, preferably with exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics projects.
- Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, with the ability to translate model requirements and outputs into clear business terms.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with audit, risk management, or professional services environments is an advantage.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
