Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a team to interpret data, analyze results, transform source data into usable formats, and visualize data insights using tools such as Excel and Power Suites.
- Proactively coordinate with team leaders and members to manage multiple projects with varying priorities, ensuring tasks are addressed based on their importance and urgency.
- Communicate with team leaders and PwC network offices to comprehend project scope and expectations, and deliver completed project outcomes.
- Mentor and empower junior team members during projects to foster coaching and development opportunities.
- Stay informed about local and international business and economic issues relevant to assigned PwC network office regions.
- Understand the workflow process for work requests from initiation to completion, and manage workflow within the firm’s workflow management tool. Document results of work performed optimally and as required.
- Engage in diverse projects and collaborate across various work streams or teams, consistently demonstrating creative thinking, individual initiative, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Exhibit teamwork dynamics by understanding personal and team roles, fostering positive working relationships with team members, and actively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in using analytical tools such as Excel, PowerSuite, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Certifications required: CA Inter / MBA Fresher / ACCA Fresher / CFA Fresher.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a candidate for CFA Level 2.
Preferred skills:
- Possess a strong interest and knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, with exceptional analytical skills for identifying financial and strategic business trends. Capable of effectively interpreting and communicating the implications of these trends on a deal.
- Demonstrates being a self-starter with strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to collaborate in a team. Exhibits confidence in attitude.
- Displays the ability to take ownership and ensure timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks.
- Consistently demonstrates teamwork dynamics by understanding personal and team roles, fostering positive working relationships, and actively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback.
- Exhibits effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Shows self-motivation and a commitment to personal growth and development.
- Is dedicated to continuous training and proactive learning of new processes.
