Key Responsibilities:
- Background in banking or commerce coupled with an MBA.
- Participate actively in training programs and development activities.
- Assist senior staff members in various projects and initiatives.
- Collect and compile relevant information and data.
- Receive and implement feedback from supervisors and mentors.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Develop problem-solving skills under guidance.
- Collaborate closely with team members, actively participating in meetings, and contributing to ongoing projects.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established standards.
