Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for US Talent Development Learning operations to cater to Offshore Clients, focusing on training planning and delivery, while serving as an advisor and consultant to our clients.
• Undertake administrative tasks and activities, including managing systems and data entry.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders and team leads to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed promptly, accurately, and comprehensively.
• Conduct quality checks on tasks before submission to the client.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for processes and assigned tasks.
• Manage time effectively by prioritizing work tasks during working hours.
• Contribute to and engage in firm/team initiatives.
• Foster continuous collaboration efforts towards achieving common business goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/MBA/Post-Graduate degree.
• 0 to 1.5 years of relevant experience in a Learning/Backend Operations environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with email etiquette.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, including the ability to read data and utilize features such as sorting, removing duplicates, and filtering.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Capacity to prioritize time and tasks.

Preferred skills:

• Basic knowledge of creating MS PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, MS Teams, etc., will be advantageous.
• Experience in handling cases/tickets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal clients and understand their requirements.
