Key Responsibilities for Operations Analyst:

  • Execute procedures to meet internal and external SLA’s and maintain quality standards.
  • Provide training and certification on business policies and standard operating procedures as required.
  • Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and business policies.
  • Collaborate with process coordinators to develop and update procedures as necessary.
  • Implement new process improvements and programs to enhance efficiency.
  • Escalate issues and queries to managers or operations incident management for resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for procedure enhancements to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to complete day-to-day activities and ensure seamless operations.
  • Support on-call rotations or off-shift availability as per business requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data for clients and downstream systems.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify system functionality and validate reporting for clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries directly or indirectly via change requests and Issuetrak process, or through Client Service Representatives.
  • Research and respond to E&Y Auditing requests promptly to meet established SLAs.
  • Assist Process Leads/Team Leads in creating and gathering data for KPIs & Metrics.
  • Assist Process Leads/Team Leads in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) reviews for new software releases.

Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst:

  • Collaborate with the Quality Office and cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of Gracenote data flows and offer insights into the data quality for Video, Music, and Sports clients.
  • Employ various tools to develop modular code and refine data queries sourced from multiple databases, data warehouses, and data lakes for performing data analysis, data visualizations, and addressing both client and internal inquiries.
  • Integrate, compile, summarize, validate, and distribute data from numerous systems to present feasibility and recommendations regarding data quality to stakeholders within the framework of their business inquiries.
  • Assess and validate data quality measures and thresholds, and implement quality escapes, reports, and dashboards for monitoring and analyzing metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for GN Content Document all reporting and analysis projects meticulously.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree

Preferred skills:

  • Proficient in SQL, data warehousing, dashboarding, and reporting, with a focus on handling large datasets and integrating multiple data sources.
  • Demonstrated ability in data analytics, including the capability to analyze datasets and offer insights even without advanced familiarity with the dataset.
  • Experience in creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Extensive proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, R, and Talend, with a proven track record of designing clean and efficient code.
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English, essential for collaborating with global partners effectively.
