Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and propels the process towards completion by diligently following up on requests from RMS Consultants and offering assistance to the client team.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the fundamental requirements of the firm and regulatory RMS rules and policies.
- Conducts an initial review of submissions from client teams, assessing the completeness, accuracy, and suitability of proposed transactions/requests.
- Serves as a liaison among the client teams, other members of the RMS team, and various functional areas within the firm.
- Formulates responses to client inquiries and questions.
- Manages tasks and activities efficiently, ensuring timely completion and taking responsibility for specific outcomes.
- Applies analytical and project management methodologies and utilizes appropriate tools.
- Acquires familiarity with the firm’s structure, business strategies, service lines, and personnel.
- Cultivates a network of contacts within RMS and across the firm.
- Plans and organizes individual work, maintaining open communication regarding progress and activities.
- Applies judgment to initial consultations and submission reviews, rapidly acquiring an understanding of key firm and regulator RMS rules and policies.
- References existing policies; however, due to the frequency of unique situations, conducts research on issues and proposes solutions through situation-specific inquiries.
- Provides feedback necessary for continual process improvement.
