Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management:
- Analyze and review invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with established requirements.
- Resolve billing discrepancies with suppliers through phone and email communication.
- Conduct invoice audits to identify billing and charge errors using Excel and internal tools.
- Update relevant reports and share them with customers in a timely manner.
Contract Administration:
- Develop Excel-based calculations based on contracts negotiated for customers.
- Participate effectively in internal and external communications related to contract administration.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Junior candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a multinational environment is an advantage.
- A university or college degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access is an advantage.
