Key Responsibilities:
Business Analytics & Decision Support:
- Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and operational MIS using Power BI and Excel.
- Develop KPI frameworks and performance-tracking mechanisms to measure organizational and program effectiveness.
- Monitor actual versus planned performance across headcount, operating expenses, project investments, and organizational objectives.
- Conduct trend and variance analysis and perform root cause investigations to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights to support data-driven leadership decision-making.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews through comprehensive analytics and reporting.
Planning & Analytics:
- Support spend planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Analyze actual versus planned headcount, spending, and operational performance metrics.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare data-driven recommendations to support leadership planning and decision-making.
Workforce & Resource Analytics:
- Track hiring progress, onboarding activities, and workforce-related metrics.
- Monitor workforce capacity, utilization, and resource mix to support effective resource planning.
- Support headcount planning and organizational workforce reviews.
- Develop and maintain workforce planning dashboards and reports.
Leadership Reviews:
- Prepare business review presentations and supporting analytical materials.
- Consolidate key metrics and insights across engineering, finance, and operations teams.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating reviews through accurate and timely reporting.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline operational processes.
- Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and overall reporting efficiency.
- Standardize reporting methodologies, processes, and performance measurement practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI is required.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics and data interpretation is required.
- Experience in developing interactive dashboards and performance reports is required.
- Strong business reporting and data visualization skills are required.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills are required.
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills are required.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Experience with Power Query is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power Automate is an advantage.
- Experience with JIRA is an advantage.
