Key Responsibilities for Analyst:

  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure the timely deployment of features and functionalities to our customers, working alongside local markets and Transformation to facilitate business operations readiness for digital and regulatory changes.
  • Assist in overseeing the implementation of change activities within the region/market, encompassing business readiness assessment, implementation pilots, and actual implementation, while reporting status and addressing issues promptly.
  • Address the human element of change, aiming to enhance adoption and usage while mitigating resistance.
  • Employ structured change management processes and tools to formulate a strategy supporting the adoption of required changes by projects or initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design, development, delivery, and management of communications related to change initiatives.
  • Conduct impact analyses, evaluate change readiness, and identify key stakeholders critical to the success of change efforts.
  • Provide insights, document requirements, and aid in the design and execution of training programs.
  • Develop comprehensive change plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
  • Assist in establishing the project delivery function, involving the design and implementation of internal processes and governance arrangements.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Demonstrates ongoing self-development across multiple domains.
  • Possesses industry-recognized technical certifications such as Test Management, Agile, Black Belt – Six Sigma (preferred).
  • Leads the implementation of change initiatives.
  • Shapes and oversees strategically-aligned migrations/transitions across various regions to enact change.
  • Develops and sustains a deep understanding of local market structures and intricacies.
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders across all pertinent markets to foster, influence, and exchange knowledge regarding present and future processes/systems.
  • Drives the strategy for business readiness, considering nuances within teams and markets.
  • Advocates for and spearheads transformational change efforts.
  • Guides and facilitates the development of Change and Implementation capabilities and teams throughout the portfolio/line of business.
  • Directs or supports the planning of all aspects of transitioning to the end state, encompassing desired future capabilities and operational methods.
  • Assesses and plans for change impacts, ensuring minimal disruption to regular business operations.

Preferred skills:

  • Possess experience in Credit and Lending.
  • Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Credit and Lending operations along with key systems.
  • Recommended to have previous experience within the Role Family.
  • Exposure to responsibilities related to the Role Family is beneficial.
  • Prior Transformation experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in working on change programs.
