Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily customer and vendor master data creation and modification activities for third-party and intercompany requests across Siemens business units, including processing emergency requests where applicable.
- Contact requestors to resolve discrepancies, clarify missing information, and provide necessary support to the team.
- Coordinate with customers to analyze queries, identify issues, and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve queries efficiently.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Ensure accurate accounting practices and compliance with established controls during transaction processing.
- Apply various quality management methodologies to maintain accuracy and process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor master data while processing third-party and intercompany creation and modification requests.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address queries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth workflow execution.
- Work with multiple applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to perform assigned tasks efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com.) or Business Administration (BBA).
- Flexibility to work night shifts or early morning shifts based on business requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
