Key Responsibilities:
Infra Managed Services:
- Oversee infrastructure services and operations across on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
- Ensure infrastructure and operations management aligns with service and experience level agreements.
- Maintain the reliability and security of IT infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement and enhanced operational efficiency.
- Manage and oversee ongoing service delivery and improvements.
Application/Cloud Support:
- Provide support, monitoring, and maintenance for applications and cloud computing systems.
- Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve application issues effectively.
Project Control Services:
- Facilitate program management and enhance Technology Delivery quality.
- Support projects in Technology Delivery Centers by managing project management office activities.
- Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables, addressing issues as they arise.
- Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and direction.
Low/No Code App Development:
- Develop applications using a low-code development platform, configuring systems to meet each client’s specific requirements.
- Utilize form builders, pre-built templates, and drag-and-drop visual interfaces within the development process.
- Conduct research and analysis of internal business processes to optimize and automate workflows.
Quality Engineering:
- Create test designs, processes, cases, and data to ensure software quality.
- Apply business and functional knowledge to testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies.
- Design testing scenarios for usability testing and prepare related reports.
- Analyze test results and communicate observations to the development team for action.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates with full-time education in any stream/branch including B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, B.Voc, BMS, B.B.S, B.F.M, B.B.I, B.A.F, B.Ed., B.M.M., B.FA, B.S.Micr, B. Design, M.C.M, M.Sc (Non-CS/IT), M.A, M.Com, or M.FA
Preferred skills:
- Effective communication abilities.
- Coordination and follow-up with diverse stakeholders.
- Compilation and timely dissemination of MIS reports according to SLA requirements.
- Management of resources including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Creation of demands using demand and supply tools.
- Providing administrative and operational support.
- Assisting in service management and tooling support.
- Management of assets and artifacts.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- Capacity to quickly learn and execute tasks proficiently.
