Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis and testing of functionality within the Investor accounting system, comparing performance across both legacy and current systems.
- Demonstrate understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
- Possess intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, power pivot, formulas, graphs, and related functions.
- Comprehend assigned tasks, sharing the output with a designated checker/reviewer, and actively incorporate feedback.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Masters degree / MBA in business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management.
- Bring experience in the funds administration industry to the table.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excel as an excellent problem solver, exhibiting hyper-logical and goal-oriented thinking.
- Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Deliver compelling presentations effectively, whether in person or virtually.
- Exhibit the ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in team environments.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate expertise in hedge fund administration, asset management, or the financial services industry.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in reporting and reconciliations.
- Preference given to candidates with testing experience.
