Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to achieving daily productivity and accuracy goals as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Track and report adherence to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Serve as a backup to the Team Lead when required.
- Conduct quality checks according to agreed-upon criteria.
- Participate actively in initiatives focused on quality and continuous improvement.
- Generate and publish management reports.
- Actively participate in learning and development activities.
- Ensure the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual is updated promptly in response to process changes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ B.Com/ M.Com
