Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and fine-tune state-of-the-art models, with a specific focus on Local LLMs like Llama-2 and GPT4all.
- Collaborate with the data team to comprehend data structures and requirements.
- Conduct thorough model training, validation, and testing to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and Generative AI research and methodologies.
- Work closely with other technical teams to seamlessly integrate NLP and AI solutions into broader systems or platforms.
- Read source data from various formats (excel, csv, txt, pdf, etc.) and transform the data using suitable scripts to extract business value.
- Load data into servers, ensuring good data quality, appropriate quantity, technical accuracy, and sufficiency to meet project objectives.
- Prepare both structured and unstructured data in the right format to train machine learning algorithms.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess expertise in NLP and NLG, with proficiency in tools such as Spacy, BERT, Topic modeling, Named Entity recognition, POS tagging, Gen AI, LLM, Text vectorization, multi-class classification, and Machine learning Algorithms.
Preferred skills:
- Create rapid Proof of Concepts using Streamlit, Flask, and other similar front ends.
- Manage the functionality and versioning of Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Take ownership of the PoCs and collaborate with the deployment team to transition applications to production.
