Job Description:

Key Responsibilities for Analyst:

• Act as project team members, participating in process consulting, internal audit, risk consulting, and other solutions within GRCS.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality client services.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Demonstrate basic accounting and process-related knowledge, showcasing the ability to assimilate new information.
• Stay up-to-date on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
• Travel to client locations, both within India and internationally, as required for the job.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Hold a degree in BE/B.Tech/B.Com/BMS/BBM/MBA.
• Have 0-2 years of relevant experience in audit, business, or a related sector.

Preferred skills:

• Possess a foundational understanding of process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in advanced data analytics tools considered advantageous.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Showcase the ability to collaborate well within a team.
• Display a basic understanding of IT systems, coupled with knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Have the capability to perform under pressure, meeting stringent deadlines and navigating challenging client conditions, even if it requires extended working hours.
• Be open to travel, both within India and internationally, for extended durations.
• Uphold principles of integrity, values, and strong work ethic.
