Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS, dbt, Python, and Spark.
- Develop and implement data transformation processes using dbt and Amazon Redshift.
- Implement and manage data lakehouse solutions using Apache Iceberg.
- Design and orchestrate data workflows using Apache Airflow.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to design and deliver effective data solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in data engineering and cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, AWS, Spark, and dbt.
- Experience with Apache Airflow, Amazon Redshift, and data modeling.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required Skills:
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using dbt, AWS Glue, Spark, and basic Python.
- Build and optimize data transformation workflows using dbt.
- Implement and manage Lakehouse solutions using Apache Iceberg and Amazon Redshift.
- Orchestrate and monitor data workflows using Apache Airflow.
- Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Follow GitHub and CI/CD best practices for code management and deployment.
- Collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to deliver data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and operational excellence across data pipelines and platforms.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Apache Iceberg and Lakehouse concepts.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess hands-on knowledge of AWS Glue, Amazon S3, and Amazon Redshift.
- Possess proficiency in Python, Spark, and PySpark.
- Possess strong knowledge of dbt and SQL.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Apache Airflow.
