Key Responsibilities for Analyst:
- Execute procedures to meet internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with a strong emphasis on high-quality performance.
- Provide training and certification, as applicable, on business policies and standard operating procedures.
- Strictly adhere to all standard operating procedures and business policies.
- Perform data entry tasks through database systems.
- Identify and recommend solutions for process enhancements, while also assisting in the implementation of new processes and programs.
- Collaborate with clients to manage day-to-day Business as Usual (BAU) activities.
- Be available for on-call rotations or off-shift requirements, as needed.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity for clients and downstream systems.
- Responsively address client inquiries through Change Requests, Salesforce tickets, and/or Client Service representatives.
- Conduct research and respond to requests from E&Y Audits.
- Assist the Process/Team Lead in generating and collecting data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Aid the Process Lead/Team in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software releases.
Key Responsibilities for Content Writer:
- Read and comprehend plots, then summarize them in English.
- Craft synopses in various character lengths and word counts.
- Conduct research and rephrase content to prevent plagiarism.
- Familiarize yourself with the in-house writing style and replicate it in your work.
- Verify facts using established reference sources.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working extended hours during tight deadlines.
- Assure the punctual delivery of precise and trustworthy information.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a graduate degree in any field.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, English, Journalism, Music, or any other media-related discipline.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the English language with exceptional writing and communication abilities.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in the English language, encompassing effective writing, grammar, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Competency in using Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and the Microsoft Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Capable of working accurately under tight deadlines and demonstrating flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
- Demonstrates a good typing speed.
- The candidate should possess a genuine passion for consuming Podcasts, TV shows, and movies.
- Exhibits excellent research skills.
