Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer inquiries through Web Chat, E-mails, and Social Media.
  • Providing informative responses to current and potential customers regarding product and service details.
  • Maintaining precise customer records.
  • Identifying and promptly escalating high-priority issues to the Team Leader and Operations Team.
  • Actively participating in team meetings.
  • Handling all queries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Probing and troubleshooting customer inquiries while delivering suitable and satisfactory solutions.
  • Educating customers on services and processes.
  • Escalating any concerns or challenges to the Team Leader.
  • Achieving predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives.
  • Adhering strictly to shift schedules.
  • Complying with established internal policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Collaborating effectively with the team.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from any stream if a Fresher.
  • Minimum HSC with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Preferred skills:

  • Excellent communication needed in English and Hindi.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision.
  • A fast learner who is able to work with set targets.
  • Must be time flexible and able to work in a rotational shift system including holidays and weekends.
