- In charge of the ER-IR Capability Building Charter, including ER Champ.
- Work together with the leadership of Ops and HR to develop both short-term and long-term learning initiatives.
- Analyse training needs to determine and create learning interventions for individuals, teams, business units, and organisations.
- Coordinate the creation of training materials from beginning to end, including e-modules, learning snippets, etc.
- Conduct learning sessions, whether they be live or recorded.
- Coordinate with the trainer pool to guarantee the efficient and successful execution of the yearly training schedule, particularly with regard to the ER Champ.
- Track the competencies of the current trainer pool and find and train new trainers.
- Carry out proactive measures, such as but not restricted to TTT programmes for trainers.
- Analyse data and assess the success of learning initiatives.
- Lead and manage a large number of vendors to provide deliverables on schedule and on budget.
- Take the helm of the ER-IR’s Grievance Management Charter, which includes Aawaaz.
- Work with the leadership of Operations and Human Resources to implement and institutionalise Aawaaz in facilities.
- Create and launch governance committees for decision-making, ownership, and problem-solving.
- Gather information from various sources and keep databases up to date.
- Use statistical methods to analyse data to determine trends and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Make contact with ER Champs PAN India to keep a proactive attitude and address any issues.
- Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to make sure that all complaints within their purview are amicably and promptly resolved.
- Assistance with Programme Management.
- Offer back-end assistance for data analysis and status updates for numerous programmes, including FLAVP, FLAIR, CLM, etc.
- Coordinate with several HR Partners across India to drive on-the-ground execution.
- Carry out risk analysis and assist in creating new frameworks and activities to reduce hazards.
- Plan training sessions, recurring meetings, leadership updates, etc. and monitor results.
- Any Graduate/ PG/ MBA
- Prior knowledge of learning and development, particularly in terms of design and implementation.
- Working knowledge of ER-IR & contract labour management in collaboration with people managers for blue-collar personnel.
- Strong commitment to execution through coordination with numerous parties and effective communication.
- Strong analytical abilities with the ability to compile, organise, analyse, and then act on large amounts of unprocessed data.
