Key Responsibilities for Associate:
- As a Consultant, you will be in charge of creating and putting into practice complicated solutions to satisfy client needs.
- In order to achieve delivery on time, on budget, and within scope, you will also be carefully coordinating with peers and setting and implementing bespoke application components.
- In order to meet integration requirements, you will also be assisting teams working in other domains.
Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst:
- Work together with stakeholders and product owners to comprehend the needs of the business.
- Develop appropriate data solutions, such as data models, data flow diagrams, data mappings, and scenarios that transform the data from source to destination, by analysing data from important source systems.
- To ensure that the data given by the final solution complies with the six data quality dimensions (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness, and validity), it is important to thoroughly understand the data and needs.
- Respond to any design questions and support the scrum team and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- To guarantee that functional and data assurance requirements are satisfied, support testing, implementation, and solution reviews.
- Participate in scrum rituals and practices, such as show-and-tells, retrospectives, and planning.
- Participate in the Data Analyst chapter of DCS to share knowledge, develop skills, enhance workflow, and standardise working methods.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Preferred skills:
- SN-ServiceNow Platforms Skill Cluster.
- Experience working with data and understanding the challenges data presents.
- Excellent analytical skills and able to work methodically with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience working with SQL or any big data technologies is a plus (Hadoop, Hive, Hbase, Scala, Spark etc).
- Good team player with a strong team ethos.
