Key Responsibilities:
- As the main point of contact for sales, finance, and legal in these transactions, manage the ongoing optimisation of conventional deals.
- Give the sales team advice on contract correctness and best practices to speed up deals and cut down on cycle time.
- Create a quick review procedure for pricing, customer information, and contract correctness, and notify Sales of any errors or additional information needed to complete the deal.
- From an operational standpoint, complete all transactions, and confirm the accuracy of all prospects.
- Participate in specialised projects related to Deal Desk activities, such as the development of the playbook for concluding booking submissions, dashboards, sales analytics, and various performance indicators.
- Make certain that winning opportunities have the proper knowledge, review, and permissions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 6 months -1 year of experience in driving operational improvements in a Deal Desk or Sales Operations function for a high growth US based B2B SaaS company.
- Process enhancement for contract processing and general assistance to the sales organisation with a proven track record.
- Strong commercial judgement and organisational skills, as well as the capacity to manage projects autonomously from start to finish.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities are required to comprehend sales regulations and procedures at the corporate and rep level.
- Experience with Salesforce.com CPQ is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and other departments within the UFB business.
- Strong process thinking to drive ongoing Deal Desk enhancements.
- The capacity to independently cooperate with management based in the same time zone across numerous.
