Key Responsibilities:
- To assess, record, and guarantee the client requirements.
- Use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis, stakeholder mapping, site visits, business process descriptions, and interviews can all be used to elicit needs.
- Analyse and record the business needs, then translate them into functional requirements, designs, and technologies.
- Provide stakeholders with presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Act as a channel for needs between the client base (both internal and external customers) and the software development team.
- To offer functional needs such GUI, screen, and interface designs, effectively interact with internal teams and clients (IBGs).
- Run a market research study.
- Analysis of the data and trend analysis.
- Create user guides and manuals.
- Conduct client end-user training.
